108 Acres Sierra County

Formally part of the Famous Brush Creek Mine The mines no longer are in production. The lands were sold off a few years ago to private individuals.
Brush Creek controlled nine mines in the Alleghany-Downieville district of Northern California, which produced more than
12 million ounces of placer gold and 2 million ounces of hard rock gold.

In today’s value that is 10 Billion in gold,  and 1.8 billion in hard rock gold, which could be valued 4 times that for jewelry specimen.

The 108 acres has a water source at the lower level on Woodruff Creek. Power is on the majority of the property.

Good building sites with Great Views. The metal processing building still stands at the mid level.
