Directions to 5 Acres Mobley Springs Road.

From Hwy 20 & 49 split go about 10 miles North on Hwy 49.

Set your odometer and read total miles from Tyler Foote:

Take a right on Tyler Foote Road and you go 13.7 miles and you will see Malakoff State Park on right.

Stay straight ahead and at 13.9 miles take a left onto Backbone Road.

At 14.8 miles you will cross a creek and take immediate left.

go up this road, which is Walls Flat Rd and at 15.0 miles take next right which is Mobley Springs Rd.

There is a white cargo container at corner of Mobley and Walls Flat so U can't miss the turnoff.

Mobley is 10 feet past the cargo container. so go right at the container.

go 1/10 mile and on the right at next driveway is the 5 acres.

When U go right here there is a small creek crossing the SW corner of the property.

At this point there is a locked cable across the road.

You can walk up the road just a 100 feet or so to the cabin. Cabin is locked so maybe you can see in thru the windows.

Property goes up the hill to the east and is bounded by USFS land.
