You will see big blue letters RB on the large Cedar Trees… This is the home site at Cow Camp

From here you can get a good lay of the land, which is mostly level and has lots of new growth trees.

At cow camp you will see the old remnants of the old cabin, the large BBQ pit, the hand dug well and such.

If you orientate yourself with the cabin site and go east you can locate the NE 1/16 corner and the USFS Boundary Markers.
If you position yourself at the Cabin site you see a road that heads north. Walk or drive up this road and you will find the north
line marked by flagging and the USFS markers. This land was logged 5 years ago so you can tell a bit about the property lines
from the fresh cut stumps.

Going back at the bridge you can locate the west boundary line of that 40 acres by walking to the west to where Rocky Basin
Creek meets Gerle Creek.

This area is an excellent hunting, fishing and recreational vehicle paradise.
When the snow comes, snowmobiling, snowshoeing & cross country skiing are just some of the fun things to do here. When the
heavy snow arrives, you will have to snowmobile into the property.

There is no cell service in this area… so plan accordingly. Spare tire, water and such

Note::: if you are going from Highway 50..... At Pollock Pines go 9 miles east to the Ice House Road and take it up to where you

see the Wentworth Springs Road and continue from there on Ice House road using the directions above.
