DIRECTIONS TO 180 ACRES ON YUBA RIVERS

                                                       If you do not have access to the Nevada County Lockbox

                                                                     I will have to show you the property.

Take Hwy 49 out of Nevada City and go across the South Fork of the Yuba and then when you cross the Middle Fork

of the Yuba take the left and go along the north side of the Middle Fork, this is   MOONSHINE RD.

When MOONSHINE RD comes into Marysville Rd. continue west  7/10ths of a mile to the gate on the left. Lots of

pink flagging on trees and the gate.

The gate has a Nevada County Lock Box.

From the gate to the property it is 1.5 miles.

Stay on top of the Ridge and the road will fork at 2 places but you stay left each time and stay on top of the ridge, until

you reach the private property sign.

From here the property is about 250 to 300 feet past the sign. You will see a blown down carport straight ahead. Take the 4x4 road to left of carport.

The property starts about 250 feet down the 4x4 road and there will be flagging and painted in blue where the north line crosses the road

****You need to park at the carport and walk down to the river. “***If you have a good 4x4 you can drive down most of the way. Stop at

the Trailer and park here and walk the rest of the way.***” I have photos of last jeep that attempted. If it has rained in past

3 days, then walk or use a Quad, because you will get stuck, for sure.         If you have a Quad, that will get you there.

This is the 60 acre parcel that is between the two rivers.

Access to the other 2 parcels are from a different road and I need to open that gate at this time.

You can see the other 2 parcels when you are on the 60 acres, jut look at the land on the West side of the River and as far

down the River as you can see.
