Directions to Villa Lane, Camptonville, Ca

Take Hwy 49 out of Nevada City to Camptonville.

Go past the Gold Nugget Store and then just past Pendola Exit

look for Sleighville Creek Road on Rt. and stay right at all Y's

and you end up at a Y that says kipa Ct.

Go left here Past a yellow pickup sitting off to the right.

Go left and then I think at the next part of the road that is curving to the left

you take the right at this Y.

Now you drive up the dirt road a ways.

There will be a couple trailers or modular's on the left.

Keep going and look for a blue gate that is open.

 This is the north property line for

both 9 ac lots. Just past the gate is my sign.

The 9.13 ac lot has a great view, so go left by walking up to the big pad.

The 9.57 ac lot has the well so drive on up the road to my next sign.
and this lot is on both sides of the road.

 Good bldg pads on either side with views. USFS land borders the west side
so you can walk down in a ways and see the USFS boundary markers.

The well is on the left side = east side.

You can drive in here aways. The well is up high to the right.

Well production is unknown and a neighbor is using this well until we sell the lot.
